The product is a personal item that has been made by hand and produced for you. Therefore, in purchasing you are agreeing to measure your nails and also to communicate with us if you are unsure of your sizing.
In order to ensure accurracy we offer all customers an opportunity to purchase a Sizing Kit.This will be shipped to you as soon as you place your order.
Under no circumstances can we agree otherwise. There are also health and safety implications which would restrict a returned item. It is essential as a company that we follow government guidelines and ensure we are Covid-19 compliant.
Refunds will only be offered if a case of illness on our side, or an unforeseeable event has taken place out of our control which would prevent the order being fulfilled.

Please give 3 days for your set of nails to be made and 3-8 days for your nails to arrive.
We will always work in a timely manner to ensure that you have your order shipped to arrive as quickly as possible. The Royal Mail or any other shipping company may, within the current climate, experience some delays, this will not be in our control.
We will make all efforts to keep you updated should we recieve information from the couriers of any delays.
It is essential to size your nails correctly as this will ensure that you are able to fit and wear your Shozeh Nails set without any issues.
Shozeh Beauty, cannot be held responsible for any error you may make in your measurements. Therefore, we advise you to purchase a Sizing Kit that will assist with accuracy. (You will recieve a full set which will have all sizes packaged for you).
We do not offer refunds on a sizing error.
All sets are handmade for you so this step is an extremely important part of your purchase to ensure your handmade set is satisfactory.
Alternatively, you can place a section of tape across your nail and mark each end with a marker pen. Remove the tap and place it onto a ruler or measuring tape. This will assist in providing you with your correct nail size.
