Should the product be delivered to you damaged, you must take a photograph with evidence of the date and time. 

Please then send the evidence to admin@shozehbeauty.com where this be reviewed.

Should you break the product or cause damage to it, there will be no refund issued.

We will always work in a timely manner to ensure that you have your order shipped to arrive as quickly as possible. The Royal Mail or any other shipping company may, within the current climate, experience some delays, this will not be in our control.

We will make all efforts to keep you updated should we recieve information from the couriers of any delays.
